What is your Refund Policy?

To confirm your stay with us, you MUST send in a $300 NONREFUNDABLE deposit— $200 for the recovery stay & $100 for the massages. This amount will be deducted from your balance. Your deposit stays well and alive with us for 1 year so even if you need to reschedule, you can transfer to any friend with your prior written consent. Your remaining balance must be payed a week before you get here if you are going to use a Debit or Credit Card. If you prefer to use cash to pay for your balance you can do it once you get here. But to do so you need to have paid 50% of your total amount.

After you have made and confirmed your reservation, and you don't stay the full number of days, the difference will not be refunded. If you don't decide to stay with us but you continue visiting our facilities to perform the massages, it will be considered as full use of the services.

What do I do if my Surgery Date Changes?

If for any reason you need to change the date of your surgery. Please let us know a week before the date you were supposed to check in. We can rearrange your reservation and you wont loose your deposit. If you are already checked in and do not complete your stay due to surgery cancellation or change your surgery date without previous notification. We do not refund deposit or any other payment. Pasha’s Wellness Spa will try to accommodate you changing your date or transferring your money to another person. This kind of arrangement must be done between you and the other doll and notified to our staff.

 

What is the Transportation Policy?

WE OFFER TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM

SANTO DOMINGO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SDQ) 

Santo Domingo 11336, Dominican Republic

 

We will provide transportation ONLY to one Pre-Op and three Post-Op visits, four roundtrips in total. ANY ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION THAT IS REQUIRED FOR CLINICAL VISITS WILL INCUR A $20 FEE.
